Fire and Emergency Services Equipment

The Fire and Emergency Services Equipment (FESE) Tailored Logistics Support Program (TLSP) enables customers to order commercial, off-the-shelf part numbered items within the scope of the program.  Since multiple vendors are solicited for pricing, customers benefit from a competitive business model that will ensure they receive the best value.

Please reference the 2023 Wildland Fire Protection Program catalog for WFPP products. Products listed in the catalog can be ordered through FEDMALL .

 

Fire and Emergency Services Equipment Ordering Process

The Registration and Ordering Process has changed effective March 31st 2025, additional information and instructions can be found below.  Please contact your designated Tailored Vendor Logistics Specialist (TVLS) or FESVCALSupport@dla.mil for any questions.

As of March 24, 2025, new registration procedures are in effect for the Fire and Emergency Services Equipment (FESE) Tailored Logistics Support Program (TLSP). 

  1. Customers must complete a one-time registration by accessing “Register Here” at https://dla.servicenowservices.mil/customer.
  2. A Finance Office Point of Contact (FOPOC) must be identified at the time of registration. If different than the Customer POC, the FOPOC will receive an email confirmation once the customer registers.
  3. The registered Customer and FOPOC will then have access in Vendor Contract Awarded Logistics (VCAL) to submit and review orders and review price quotes and submit funding.

As of March 31, 2025, new ordering procedures are in effect for FESE TLSP through the Vendor Contract Awarded Logistics (VCAL) platform.

  1. Ensure registration is completed for Customer and FOPOC.
  2. Customer can log into the VCAL portal to begin submitting their orders.
  3. Customer will receive notification as their order progresses through scope check and review of quotes.
  4. FOPOC will provide funding through VCAL portal.
