Each bar contains 200-250 kilocalories, 35-43 grams of Carbohydrates, 8-12 grams of Protein, 850-1100 milligrams of Calcium and 1400-2000 international units (IU) Vitamin D.

The bar is ready for consumption.
How long will it last?
The packaged bar has a shelf life of 1 year at 80ºF.
