DLA Distribution executive officer receives Defense Meritorious Service Award

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — United States Navy Supply Corps Lt. Cmdr. Alexander Kaczur, outgoing DLA Distribution Current Operations executive officer, has been awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Award for his support to the DLA Distribution enterprise since his arrival in July 2012.

Bahrain native sees green at DLA records management training

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — Shaima Haji, Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Bahrain, started her career as a librarian for the Navy in 2012. In March, 2013 Haji transferred to DLA to take on the role of command records management coordinator. Recently, Haji traveled to the U.S. for the first time to attend training provided for records coordinators at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pa.

TACOM life cycle group visits DLA Distribution

DLA Distribution Oklahoma City Honors Three with Employee of the Year awards

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma — On May 4, seven Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Oklahoma City, Ohla., employees were honored at the 2015 Public Service Recognition Awards ceremony sponsored by the Federal Executive Board. Of the seven nominees submitted by DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, three were selected as Employees of the Year.
