DLA military members honor veterans during an Independence Day ceremony

Richmond, Va. — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation and Fort Lee military members honor veterans during an Independence Day ceremony held at the Dunlop House, an assisted living facility, in Colonial Heights, Virginia, July 6.

The induction ceremony will be Sept. 22 at the McNamara Headquarters Complex, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Deputy command chaplain broadens religious support to DLA reservists, HQC employees

DLA's deputy command chaplain says his work, whether with a group of service members on the firing range or a sole employee in the halls of the agency headquarters, boils down to one thing.

The Civilian Welfare Fund sponsored a dunk tank fundraiser at the Bellwood Bash event held May 18, 2017. Defense Logistics Agency Aviation’s Deputy Commander Charlie Lilli did his part by volunteering to get dunked. All funds raised are deposited into an CWF managed account, then returned to the workforce in the form of morale building activities.
