Perkins said her favorite thing about working for DLA Troop Support is 'paying it forward' to the warfighter by planning and fulfilling their needs as a small token of appreciation.

Distribution police officers honor National Police Week with ceremony

The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Police Force hosted a wreath laying ceremony to pay tribute to local, state, and Federal peace officers who have died in the line of duty on May 18, in the base chapel. Each year, our nation loses between 140-160 law enforcement officers in the line of duty.

An induction ceremony will be at 1 p.m. June 16 in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center, Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia.
