Staff ‘files away’ old furniture while putting warfighters first

Spring cleaning makes room for new items

Misawa, Japan — Before summer takes over, the staff at DLA Disposition Services at Misawa, Japan, did some spring cleaning to clear out old property, make space for rolling stock and accommodate their turn-in customers.

Members of the Level II mentoring program 2017 class along with their mentors and the DLA Land and Maritime Command Group following their May 24 graduation ceremony at Defense Supply Center Columbus. The group of 69 mentees is the largest mentoring class in the program’s history.

DORRA supports Joint Staff war game: AGILE 17

DLA HQ Child Development Center reopens as government-run facility

Parents, Defense Logistics Agency officials and stuffed animals assembled to celebrate the grand reopening of the DLA Headquarters Child Development Center at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, June 5.

DLA San Joaquin pays tribute to fallen officers

TRACY, California — Employees of DLA San Joaquin, California, local law enforcement officers and congressional staff paid tribute to fallen law enforcement officers during a morning National Peace Officers’ Memorial Observance May 17. Lt. Rick Campbell, Tracy Area Commander of the California Highway Patrol, served as the keynote speaker.
