Prince Sultan AB boosts CENTCOM AOR refueling capabilities

Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Air Force website — Just 48 hours before the KC-135 from the 349th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron left Al Udeid Air Base to conduct refueling missions in the region, the 378th ELRS was given a task: To develop, build and sustain a rapid refueling capability at Prince Sultan Air Base. That’s exactly what they did.

DLA San Joaquin Firefighters assist in saving homes

The fire crew at Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management San Joaquin’s Fire Station 262 were dispatched for mutual aid by South San Joaquin County Dispatch in the late afternoon of July 5. They were later called out for a second alarm working residential structure fire in the city of Tracy, California.

Reventlow returns to DLA Distribution as Commanding General

In a virtual ceremony signifying a change of leadership at Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Headquarters in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, DLA Distribution Acting Director, Perry L. Knight, passed the helm to Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Keith D. Reventlow, July 21. Acting DLA Director, Michael D. Scott, Senior Executive Service, presided over the ceremony via video teleconference from DLA Headquarters in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Command welcomed Army 1st Lt. Brett Harris as the Aide de Camp on July 13. Harris replaces Navy Lt. Junior Grade Kevin Marvel in the role directly supporting to the commander.
