Erno becomes newest commander of DLA Distribution Sigonella

SIGONELLA, Italy — Navy Supply Corps Cmdr. Vincent V. Erno assumed command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Sigonella, Italy, in a May 23 ceremony. The ceremony was officiated by DLA Europe and Africa commander Army Col. Theodore B. Shinkle.

Law enforcement sacrifices remembered

TRACY, Calif. — The Defense Logistics Agency Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin on Chrisman Road hosted a ceremony Wednesday to mark Peace Officers Memorial Day. The DLA police force, led by Chief Khalid Ali and depot commander Col. Andre Harrell, invited members of the Tracy Police Department, San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department and other law enforcement agencies to participate in the service.
