CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

To receive products from Mapping Customer Operations, you must have a valid Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC), Unit Identifier Code (UIC), or Federal Activity Address Code (FEDAAC). With that you will obtain an Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)/Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS) account.  It is strongly recommended you become familiar with the MCO ordering procedures (See our Ordering Page) before placing an order. We also recommend that you order the DLA Map Catalog or register to use the DLA Map Catalog on-line located inside of DOD E-Mall for a list of available products and ease of ordering.  A report of account automatic distribution (AD)/subscriptions can be obtained within MEBS under the Reports tab.

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) ACTIVITIES

Maps, charts, and geospatial products are provided free of charge to all Department of Defense (DOD) customers. To order map products, DOD customers are required to submit a MILSTRIP requisition to Mapping Customer Operations (MCO) via WEBREQ, E-Mall, or service supply system. See our ordering page for particular instructions.

Department Of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC)/Federal Activity Address Code (FEDAAC)

In order for Mapping Customer Operations (MCO) to maintain customer records in an up-to-date status, it is imperative that account custodians/managers verify their DODAAC/FEDAAC and TAC 1 mailing address with their Service Point. Ensuring that your mailing address is correct will aid in eliminating an enormous amount of return mail and shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to the correct location. MCO will not process any requests or send shipments to any mailing addresses that have had mail returned two or more times. Be sure to inform MCO Customer Management of any changes.
