CDR Reilly is currently serving as Director, Defense Logistics Agency Maritime - Pearl Harbor, overseeing supply support to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
CDR Reilly was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania and graduated from Juniata College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He enlisted in the Navy in 1997 as a Machinist’s Mate and served aboard the USS BOISE (SSN764) until his selection to Officer Candidate School where he received his commission as a Supply Corps Ensign in 2001.
Afloat he served as the Supply Officer aboard the USS MONTPELIER (SSN 765) and as the Principle Assistant for Services and Assistant Supply Officer aboard the USS FRANK CABLE (AS40).
Ashore he served as the Supply Officer of Navy Information Operations Command in Sugar Grove, West Virginia, Deputy Assistant Commander of Personnel Programs and Deputy Chief of the Commander’s Action Group at Naval Supply Systems Command in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and as International Program Manager in Strategy, Plans and Policy at United States Central Command in Tampa, Florida.
He also completed an Individual Augmentee assignment with the Combined Security Transition Command, serving as an embedded training team senior mentor at the Afghan Army National Supply Depot in Kabul, Afghanistan.
CDR Reilly is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a Masters of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management.
CDR Reilly has earned the Submarine Supply Corps and Surface Warfare Supply Corps warfare insignia and is a Joint Qualified Officer. He is authorized to wear the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (2 awards), the Joint Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards), the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (2 awards) and various other personal and unit awards.
