DLA Distribution cuts ribbon on new facility in Iwakuni

IWAKUNI, Japan — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution cut the ribbon on its newest facility during a ceremony with logistics partners and customers May 15.

Distribution police officers honor National Police Week with ceremony

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Police Force hosted a wreath laying ceremony to pay tribute to local, state, and Federal peace officers who have died in the line of duty on May 15. Each year, our nation loses between 140-160 law enforcement officers in the line of duty.

Personal experience: Why DST is important, why I would do it again

Distribution supports Operation Pacific Reach

POHANG, South Korea — DLA Distribution’s 25th distribution center, the Expeditionary Team with the support from a DLA Distribution Korea team deployed in support of Operation Pacific Reach, which is an exercise conducted every other year. This year’s exercise was held from April 10 through April 21 at Dogu Beach in Pohang, South Korea.
