Sourcing and Value Management

Sourcing and Value Management services improve the value of DLA Weapons Support at Richmond Products and Services through Spare Parts Breakout , Forging and Casting Assistance, Replenishment Parts Purchase or Borrow (RPPOB), Reverse Engineering Technical Data Initiative (RETDI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), and Internal Reverse Engineering programs; and other engineering / technical services such as engineering drawing interpretation or help with Request for Variations.

The Should Cost and Price Challenge, and Organic Manufacturing programs reduce fraud, waste, and inefficiency in the acquisition of spares, repair parts, and other supply items. We welcome your request for a Price Challenge.
