The canoe-like USS FMS in the background just barely edges out the aircraft carrier-shaped Team Danger Zone for the win at the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime’s Navy Cardboard Regatta Oct. 9 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus’ Eagle Eye Golf Course pond. Maritime Supplier Operations’ USS FMS, piloted by Caitlin Ferry and Michael Blaha, are repeat champions. Team Danger Zone fielded by the DLA Land and Maritime Safety Office, was piloted by Bret Gould (back) and Bill Palmatary. Ferry and Blaha are contract specialists, Gould is safety specialist and Palmatary is a management and program analyst.
