The pre-proposal conference for solicitation SPM7LX-11-R-0001 will be held in conjunction with the site visits at Tobyhanna Army Depot and Letterkenny Army Depot. The site visit for Tobyhanna Army Depot will be 1 March 2011. The site visit for Letterkenny Army Depot will be 2 March 2011. There is a limit of 2 individuals/representatives per contractor for each visit. Each visit will begin at 8:00 AM local time at the respective depot security check-in point. If you would like to participate in either or both of the site visits, you must provide the following information contained herein for each individual and e-mail it to no later than 24 February 2011, 5:00 PM EST. The following must be supplied: Full Name, Job Title, Full Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Citizenship and which site(s) you intend to visit.

Additionally, any questions regarding the solicitation you would like addressed during the pre-proposal conference are required to be submitted to no later than 24 February 2011, 5:00 PM EST.

This notice is being issued to advise interested parties of the upcoming solicitation for the Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) program at Tobyhanna Army Depot/Letterkenny or equivalent optional industrial site. The primary purpose of the IPV program is to provide direct maintenance line support for industrial hardware bins at the Army Depots. Interested parties are directed to the following website to locate a draft of the Solicitation Section B items for which the Government is targeting for commercial pricing.

There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this draft.
