Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV)

The Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) Program provides integrated supply chain management and logistics support of bench stock items for maintenance lines at multiple depots. IPV is aligned by supply chains, whereby each supply chain (Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation, Land and Maritime (L&M), and Troop Support) manages and administers other IPV initiatives to support its customers.  The current DLA L&M industrial maintenance sites managed by DLA L&M include the following locations:

  • Anniston, AL
  • Chambersburg, PA
  • Texarkana, TX 
  • Tobyhanna, PA

The scope of the IPV contracts is for logistics support and total supply chain management of bench stock items for maintenance lines at the depot. Bench stock items are required for maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul of all military weapons systems or related equipment. The bench stock items will normally be stored at or near the point of use (line-side support) in performance of the maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul of military weapons systems or related equipment.
