As DLA Land and Maritime continues to raise the bar on performance while simultaneously executing a successful transformation, we recognize the critical need to continue our cultural growth. One of our visions for cultural growth is to improve upon communication. The revised DLA Land and Maritime Social Contract allows for a stronger, more supportive tool to embrace our ongoing culture changes. When effectively applying this tool, it will generate a meaningful, two-way communication between the supervisor and employee.
