Puget Sound employee art showcases “warfighter first” focus

PUGET SOUND, Washington — Thanks to the talents of one employee, the DLA Distribution Puget Sound, Wash., workforce has a permanent reminder of the mission they serve.

Energy Convergence program concludes, legacy system decommissioned

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Defense Logistics Agency Energy’s Energy Convergence transition to the Enterprise Business System has concluded, reducing the number of systems needed to process transactions and decreasing costs for the organization by millions of dollars.

DLA Distribution’s Expeditionary Team talks capabilities with Emergency Management Workgroup

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — As part of the recent Emergency Management Workgroup at Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna, the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Expeditionary Team was on hand to talk about their own capabilities – both in the event of contingency operations, and closer to home in central Pennsylvania.

The Defense Logistics Agency is supporting firefighting efforts by providing equipment ranging from fire hoses and protective clothing to tools and batteries to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Wildland Fire Protection Program.
