Yokosuka inventory director retires after 40 years of federal service

YOKOSUKA, Japan — Diane Jarvi, inventory director at DLA Distribution Yokosuka, Japan, is saying goodbye to the DLA family upon her retirement from federal service after 40 years of dedicated service to the nation, DLA Distribution Yokosuka, Japan and the warfighter. Her official retirement date was July 1.

Construction Begins on DSCR’s New East Gate

Richmond, Va. — In an effort to comply with current anti-terrorism standards, Defense Logistics Agency Installation Operations Richmond is embarking on a $6 million project to replace the East Gate. The new gate will be located near the former housing area adjacent to Jefferson Davis Highway on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. The work began this month and is expected to be completed by August 2019.
