Carolynn Michel, (formerly Carolynn Montgomery) a Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Virginia retiree will be inducted into the DLA Aviation 2017 Hall of Fame in a ceremony Sept. 27 on Defense Supply Center Richmond.
