Palmer named next commander of Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson announced today that Navy Rear Adm. John T. Palmer has been selected to serve as the next commander of DLA Land and Maritime. A change of command ceremony is being coordinated for late June 2018.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Employees of DLA Distribution Headquarters in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, paid respect to Holocaust Remembrance Day on Apr. 26, with a presentation featuring India Elaine Garnett. The theme of this year’s Days of Remembrance is “Learning from the Holocaust: Legacy of Perseverance.”
