DLA Acquisition manages the establishment and operations of procurement policy and oversight for DLA's 5.2 million items managed.

DLA Finance enables DLA mission accomplishment through sound financial stewardship by providing financial management guidance, planning, advice, and analysis.

The DLA Chaplains Office provides religious logistics support for Religious Affairs personnel, enabling the free exercise of religion across the Department of Defense.

DLA Joint Reserve Force

The Joint Reserve Force of DLA represents Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps reservists working together to support the DLA mission worldwide.

DLA Legislative Affairs

The Defense Logistics Agency Legislative Affairs office provides advice and assistance to the DLA director, vice-director, executive board members and field activities on all matters with respect to congressional, White House and other political activities.

DLA Logistics Operations

DLA Logistics Operations is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management of DLA supply chains, providing logistics and materiel process management policy, guidance, and oversight.

The Office of the Inspector General

The DLA OIG Audit Division is the command assurance activity that performs independent internal audits, attestations, and advisory services.

The DLA Office of Small Business Programs is responsible for ensuring small businesses have an equitable, fair and impartial opportunity to participate in the DLA Acquisition Program.

Marine Corps celebrates 248th birthday

Can the birth of the Marine Corps be tied to the history of the Defense Logistics Agency? The Marine Corps was born at the Tun Tavern in Philadelphia Nov. 10, 1775. DLA Troop Support traces its roots to 1799, when it acquired land to build the Schuykill Arsenal, just down the street from the Tun Tavern.
