Supply Discrepancy Reporting (SDR) Process Review Committee (PRC)
The Supply Discrepancy Reporting (SDR) PRC provides a joint Service/Agency forum for the development, expansion, improvement, maintenance, and administration of supply discrepancy reporting policy and procedures.

- WebSDR access is available to all participating Services/Agencies via a System Access Request (SAR), which may be submitted via the DLA Transaction Services website at: https://www.transactionservices.dla.mil/sar/sarforms_cac/Websdr_sar.asp. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the WebSDR link. It will take you to the SAR page.
- Pre-registered WebSDR users: you may have to re-register your DoD CAC to enter the DLA Transaction Services portal to access WebSDR. Go to the link www2.transactionservices.dla.mil; follow DLA Transaction Services instructions to continue to the application via PKI/CAC registration.
