DLA Weapons Support

Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support integrates the missions of DLA Aviation and DLA Land and Maritime into a single unified command responsible for weapon systems support to the joint force starting Oct. 1, 2025.

For the first time, two Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime based organizations joined forces to bring a dynamic and immersive motivational experience to the agency’s workforce Sept. 2 in the Operations Center Auditorium. About 20 employees from across Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Jacksonville, DLA Distribution and DLA Disposition, traded their desks for the flight line at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida, while touring Navy Maritime Patrol Squadron 30 (VP-30) Sept. 3.
